The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of the city's historic sites and trendy neighborhoods.I appreciated the option to have breakfast in my room, allowing for a relaxed start to the day. The staff, while friendly, could benefit from further training in customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.My stay at this hotel was comfortable and convenient, offering a good balance of traditional hospitality and modern amenities. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Kiev.
